Liquid Chlorine is great for quickly bringing the chlorine level up and is a quick and easy way to keep your pool sanitized all year. Up to 3x stronger than household bleach. It is best used fresh and not recommended to be stored for longer periods of time.
Liquid Chlorine has the shortest shelf life of all your pool chemicals, losing up to 50% or half of its potency six months from when it was first opened and up to 90% after a year.
Sold in a case of 4 gallons only.

For a new pool or a spring opening: super-chlorinate with 1 pint (16 fl oz) of this for each 3000 gallons of pool water. This dosage is equivalent to 5 ppm available chlorine by weight.
Most effective if added after the sun is off the swimming pool.
Adjust pool water pH to 7.2-7.6 and maintain.
Add manual or by feeder device at a rate to maintain an available chlorine residual of .6 to 1.0 ppm
1 pint of this for every 4000 gallons of water will provide 1.0ppm available chlorine.
Frequency will depend on exposure, temperature, and number of bathers.
Most effective if added after the sun is off the swimming pool.
Compatible with chlorine, salt chlorine generators, ozone and mineral systems.
