Total hardness should normally range between 175 to 225 ppm.

If indicated by a test kit, add 1oz for every 500 gallons to raise hardness by 10ppm

Turn pumps on with air knobs off. Let circulate for 24 hours and test again.

Test water weekly and add as needed and indicated by chart on back of container.
