1) REMOVE FILTERS
Pull your filters out and let them float in the hot tub foot well.
2) TURN PUMP ON WITH JETS.
3) ADD 1 LEVEL TEASPOON CLEANSE PER 100 GALLONS. (3 teaspoons max)
You will see the spa water begin to foam. In some cases the foam may be substantial. This
is normal and an integral part of the purge process. If it gets too foamy and starts to spill
over the edge, just turn off the jets and the bubbles will subside. Then restart jets again.
Repeat steps until the total running time is 20-25 minutes. (Remember Serum Cleanse
is a concentrated formula so if in doubt use less
than you think you need.)
4) DRAIN WATER FROM HOT TUB AND WIPE DOWN HOT TUB SHELL.
Remove as much spa water as possible from the hot tub. A pump is preferred but
gravity drain will also work. Rinse the filters with hose (outside of hot tub).
5) REINSTALL FILTERS AND REFILL HOT TUB WITH WATER.
Add your normal sanitizer & chemicals. Purge is now complete

OPTIONAL: KEEP YOUR HOT TUB CLEAN WITH TOTAL WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
For best results, we recommend that you add 1 capful of Serum Weekly Maintenance
per 100 gallons to your spa every 7-10
days. It will keep the spa in great shape for up to 6-months between purges and keep
the pipes pristine. Otherwise you should do a Serum Cleanse Purge again every 3-4
months as contaminants can build quickly when the spa is not in use.

Hot Tub Serum products work in conjunction with your regular sanitizer. It
is important that you maintain sufficient sanitizer in your hot tub at all times.
Do not let your sanitizer run out! If you hot tub water becomes cloudy/
foaming/yellow/green/smells then you should shock the water and increase
sanitizer level. If poor water conditions persist, Clean your cartridge filters and
repeat step 1: Serum Cleanse.
