    Return & Exchange Information

    Returns & Exchanges Policy:

    We will accept returns (with sales receipt) for 10 days after the Purchase Date, except on any part or product that was a special order. Special orders cannot be returned.

    Items must be Unused & Unopened in their Original Packaging.

    Chemicals Can Not Be Returned.

    Returns of items with No Receipt will be issued a Store Credit at the current sale price.

    Returns for Refund may be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.

    Returns on Defective Items are subject to Manager’s Approval.

    No Returns allowed on Special Order Items.

    We are unable to credit you for shipping and/or handling charges.

    Refunds will be issued as follows:

    Original cash payments will be refunded with a company check payable to and mailed to the name and address on the initial sale.

    Original check payments will be refunded with a company check 10 banking days after the initial sale.A check will be payable to and mailed to the name and address of the initial sale.

    Original bank card payments will be refunded with a credit back to the same bank card.

    Chemical Policy:

    Please check all chemical containers before leaving the store and secure them in your vehicle.

    Pettis Pools is not responsible for any damage after the products have left our store or warehouse.

    Liner Policy:

    Double check your pool size and style (beaded or overlap) before you open the box and/or begin installing.

    Liners cannot be returned once the carton has been opened and/or the liner is taken out of the box.

    Solar and Winter Cover Policy:

    Double check your pool dimensions before you open the cover. Cover cannot be returned once they have been opened unless defective out of box. Winter cover sizes for round & oval pools are approximately 4 feet larger than the actual pool size. Winter cover sizes for rectangle pools are approximately 5 feet larger than the actual pool size.

    Solar Cover & Winter Cover Claim Procedure:

    All Claims must follow each condition to get credit. Covers must be dried and cleaned. Brought in folded and claim area marked and labeled. Must have original receipt. We will upgrade cover if the deluxe grade is not available.
